Single Site Sales Evaluations
The single site potential evaluations research service is the cornerstone of our business. Using a tablet PC each analyst starts by doing the field work.
Once the site has been identified, a trade area is then determined. This is done after considering factors such as traffic flow, freeways, natural barriers or man-made barriers.
After the trade area is defined, each competitor is analyzed and entered into the tablet PC.
Now demographic data is entered and a balanced simulation model of the trade area is produced. SAM does this using its proprietary distance decay model.
Once the model is balanced the analyst is then able to project on your site. SAM can project on a NTI (New to Industry), RR (Raze and Rebuild an existing location) or RM (Remodel an existing location).
